THE LUMIERE DUTCHMAN

Ingredients

• 45ML LUMIEREVODKA
• 22.5ML Benedictine
• 22.5ML Yellow Chartreuse
• 22.5ML Fresh Lemon Juice

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Have a martini glass ready & shaking tins ready.
2. Measure 45ML LUMIEREVODKA and pour it into the shaker.
3. Measure 22.5ML Benedictine and pour it into the shaker.
4. Measure 22.5ML Yellow Chartreuse and pour it into the shaker.
5. Cut a lemon in half and extract 22.5ML of fresh lemon juice and pour it into the shaker.
6. Add ice into the shaker.
7. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds and then strain the mixture into a martini glass.
